Social and Emotional Learning in Schools: From Programs to Strategies

This article, which we internally refer to as the “Harvard article,” provides lots of food for thought about how to fully realize the power of SEL and academics, beyond one classroom and throughout systems. It also raises what we know to be true—that adults’ SEL needs to be fostered just as much as students’ SEL. Jones and Bouffard also address how districts can support schools in integrating SEL.
